Nathanael “Nate” Rosado brings just over 10 years of boxing experience and 4 years as a dedicated boxing trainer and coach. He is a USA Boxing certified coach, referee, and judge — credentials that set him apart from every other gym in the area.
Nate is the founder of Kennesaw State University Boxing and serves as their head coach — building a competitive program from the ground up. Now, he's channeling that same energy into Rosado Boxing: a premium facility where the standards are higher, the training is harder, and the results speak for themselves.
Rosado Boxing isn't just a gym — it's the next chapter. A place built for anyone who refuses to settle, from first-timers who've never thrown a punch to competitive athletes chasing titles.

Is the first class free?
Yes. Every new student’s first class is free, with no payment and no contract. Adults start with Boxing Development, and kids start with Kids Boxing.
Book a free class →How much does a membership cost?
Standard Unlimited is $185 per month for unlimited classes, and the Kids Rate is $165 per month. Drop-in classes are $30 for adults and $25 for kids, and private 1-on-1 training is $100 per session. There are no signup fees and no contracts, and you can cancel anytime. Family discount codes are available.
Do I need boxing experience?
No. Boxing Development welcomes people who have never boxed: 6:30 PM Mon, Tue & Thu, 5:00 PM Wed & Fri.
Beginners Boxing →What should I bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. No gear is needed for your first class. If you have your own gloves and hand wraps, bring them.
Do you have boxing classes for kids?
Yes. Kids Boxing is for ages 6–17 and runs 5:30 PM Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM Sat.

Classes run Mon, Tue & Thu 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM; Wed & Fri 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM; Sat 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM. All times Eastern.

Who is the coach?
Coach Nate Rosado, the owner and head coach. He is a USA Boxing certified coach, referee, and judge with more than 10 years in boxing, and he founded Kennesaw State University Boxing.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Everyone signs a liability waiver before training, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18. You can sign it online before you arrive.
