Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use the Rosado Boxing website, book or attend a class, become a member, book private training, or buy from our store. Rosado Boxing LLC is located at 2652 S Cobb Dr SE, Ste D, Smyrna, GA 30080. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Liability waiver

Boxing is a physical, contact sport and carries a risk of injury. Everyone must sign our liability waiver before training. A parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18. The signed waiver is a separate agreement and is part of these Terms. Talk to a doctor before starting any new exercise program.

Free first class

The free first class is for new students, one per person. Spots are limited each day, and we may ask you to choose another day if a class is full.

Memberships and billing

• Memberships are month to month, with no signup fees and no long-term contract.
• When you join, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing period, through Stripe, until you cancel. Current prices are shown on our website.
• Some members may be billed on a different schedule by arrangement. Special or promotional rates, including family discount codes, apply under the terms shown when you joined.
• If a payment fails, we may pause access until your account is up to date.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.
• Cancelling stops future charges. Unless we tell you otherwise when you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• Membership fees for a billing period that has already started are generally not refunded. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

Drop-ins and private training

• Drop-in classes are paid at the front desk before class.
• Private 1-on-1 sessions are booked by appointment. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as possible.

Classes and schedule

Our class schedule may change, and we may cancel, move, or combine classes when needed. Some classes, like the Competitive Team, are by invitation only.

Conduct and safety

• Follow coaching instructions and gym rules, and train with respect for others.
• Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition that could affect your training.
• We may refuse service, or suspend or end a membership, for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

Online store

Store prices and shipping costs are shown at checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe. Free local pickup at the gym may be available. If there is a problem with your order, contact us.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from Rosado Boxing, we may send messages about bookings, reminders, schedule changes, your membership, and gym updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website content

The Rosado Boxing name, logo, photos, and website content belong to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission. We work to keep the website accurate, but it may contain errors, and we may update it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rosado Boxing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. The liability waiver you sign governs risks related to training.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
