Boxing Development

All levels, beginners welcome. Build your fundamentals, then sharpen them: stance, footwork, combinations, defense, and conditioning. Your free first class is a Boxing Development class.

  • Mon, Tue & Thu: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Wed & Fri: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Kids Boxing

Safe drills, fundamentals, and conditioning for young fighters ages 6–17.

  • Mon–Fri: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
  • Sat: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Fight-team training for competing boxers. By invitation from Coach Nate.

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Sparring / Makeup Work

Supervised sparring, plus time to make up a missed class.

  • Sat: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
