Yes. Your child’s first class is free, with no payment and no commitment. When you book, choose “A class for my kid.”

Is boxing safe for kids?
Classes focus on safe drills, fundamentals, and conditioning, supervised by a USA Boxing certified coach. A parent or guardian signs the liability waiver before the first class.
What should my child bring?
Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. No gear is needed for the first class. If your child already has gloves and hand wraps, bring them.
Do parents need to sign a waiver?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian signs the waiver for anyone under 18. You can sign online before you arrive or at the front desk.
