This Privacy Policy explains how Rosado Boxing LLC (“Rosado Boxing,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, book a class, sign a waiver, become a member, buy from our store, or visit our gym at 2652 S Cobb Dr SE, Ste D, Smyrna, GA 30080.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number, for example when you book a free class, sign up as a walk-in, or create an account.
• Training profile: optional answers about your goals, fitness level, boxing experience, preferred class day, and how you heard about us.
• Waiver records: the legal name you type as your signature, your email and phone number, the waiver version, and the date, IP address, and browser details at signing.
• Account details: your login email and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed (encrypted) form.
• Membership and orders: your plan, membership status, and billing period; for store orders, the items you buy and your shipping address.
• Family members: if you enroll a child, the child’s name, entered by the parent or guardian.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is entered on Stripe’s secure systems and is never stored by us. We receive limited information from Stripe, such as your customer and subscription status.

Information collected automatically

• Gym check-ins: the date and time you check in, so we can track attendance.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our servers record information such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the site.
• Cookies and local storage: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping cart. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
• Maps: pages with an embedded Google Map load content from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to you, schedule your free class, and follow up about training.
• To create and manage your account, membership, billing, and check-ins.
• To keep signed waiver records for safety and legal purposes.
• To fulfill and ship store orders.
• To send service messages, such as confirmations and account notices.
• To send occasional updates and offers by email. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out.
• To send text messages if you have agreed to receive them (see below).
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Rosado Boxing may send you text messages about your class booking, reminders, schedule changes, your membership, and gym updates.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 678-521-5832.
• Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the gym, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Payments: Stripe.
• Email delivery: Resend.
• Text-message delivery: our SMS provider (such as Twilio).
• Database and website hosting: our cloud database (MongoDB Atlas) and website hosting providers.
• Booking: our online scheduling provider, if you book a private session online.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our members, staff, or the public.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, safety, and accounting obligations. Signed waiver records are kept for as long as they may be needed for legal purposes.

Children

Memberships and waivers for anyone under 18 are completed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Opt out of marketing emails with the link or instructions in any email.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP.
• Update your membership and payment details from your member dashboard.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing nate@rosadoboxing.com. Some records, such as signed waivers and payment records, may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and payment processing by Stripe. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
